This 54 card set represents the Wimbledon Tennis Tournament from 1877 to 1967, which was the pre-open area.
There are 27 cards representing the men's tournament and 27 representing the ladies.
All of the post war champions (1946 to 1967) are included as well as a few history cards.
The cards are in the same format as the open era champions cards available from 1968 onward.
On the reverse of each card there is a profile of that player plus their tournament stats.
