Dr Phibes (Vincent Price) was presumed dead but has returned to London to exact Grizzly but ingenious revenge on the 9 doctors he blames for the death of his wife. Inspector Trout (Peter Jeffrey) does all he can to protect the remaining members of the surgical team that Phibes has targeted using the Plagues of Egypt. Dr Vesalius (Joseph Cotton) will help all he can. Also stars Virginia North.
The story of the movie is told throughout the reverse of the cards.
